Since losing core funding, Blue Elephant Theatre's future is on a knife edge. If you like the work we do and want to help us continue to provide such opportunities, we hugely appreciate any donations and support. Blue Elephant Theatre is to Become a NPO

We are delighted to have had very good news recently!

Blue Elephant Theatre was amongst just five new theatre organisations in London to be added to Arts Council England’s National Portfolio Organisations on June 27th. This will offer stability the organisation has never had before and allow us to continue our work offering creative opportunities as widely as possible.

Information for companies

Our black box studio space is available to hire with one-off day rates starting at £200. There are discounts for charities and longterm hires.

The theatre is a wonderful rehearsal space and also ideally suited to technical rehearsals (ahead of tours, Edinburgh Festival Fringe etc), photoshoots and video shoots. We also offer deals for performances. Please enquire about our space by emailing hires@blueelephanttheatre.co.uk.

We are a 50-seat black box theatre, with level access from the street and an accessible toilet on the same floor. Our stage area is approximately 7.5m by 5.5m, and ideal for rehearsals, workshops, readthroughs and other events. Please scroll down to see photos and plans of the space.
